High Technology InstituteReduced Gravity Student Flight ProgramNASA-Johnson Space Center awarded a three-year contract to the Aerospace Academy to coordinate the Student flight program. The goal of the Student Flight Program is to address the nation's need for science and engineering graduates by encouraging students to pursue such careers. This program provides a unique academic experience for undergraduate students to successfully propose, design, fabricate, fly and evaluate a reduced-gravity experiment of their choice over the course of six months. The overall experience includes scientific research, hands-on experimental design, test operations, and education/public outreach activities.
